From humble beginnings we started out by building two Defence houses and are now a major contractor for Defence Housing Australia (DHA). We have been a consistent DHA builder over the last 21 years and in that time we have built more than 800 Defence houses. This means we know the Defence Housing Australia design specifications and requirements in great detail. We are dedicated to building quality homes for Defence Housing Australia and always deliver on time.

Our mission is to meet the objective of DHA to provide quality sustainable housing for Defence members and their families and to create a cohesive community residential space. Our key capabilities are that we know the requirements of Defence Housing Australia. Using our own in-house capacity and draftsmen we provide a quick turnaround from the concept designs which provide full elevation and streetscape design view through to the final product.

Our expertise has resulted in winning multiple Master Builders Association awards. This provides us with recognition as an outstanding performer in Australia’s building industry.
We have constructed display homes for DHA which allowed key DHA personnel the opportunity to see the final product and provide important feedback to achieve the final home designs. In addition to the display homes, we have refurbished and upgraded older homes to a modern standard as well as building new homes.
