In consultation with a government client we worked in a secure environment at Darwin International Airport to conduct an office relocation. This involved fitting out a new office in a secure area of the airport. The security issues and requirements made this a unique and complex office construction.
In a separate project, commercial apartment style hotel rooms were built to the client’s pre-existing design specifications. Through effective communication and client engagement we won the tender to construct a hotel which we completed on time and on budget. The result was a modern multi-level dwelling with an emphasis on design and landscaping. Construction techniques were unique to the NT environment.
